E-Health Forum Launches PHIE, E-Tablets and E-Hatid

MANILA — The Philippine Council for Health Research and Development, under the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), in partnership with the Department of Health (DOH), has launched Philippine Information Exchange (PHIE), e-tablets and e-Hatid, in a bid to improve the current health care system of the country.

The e-health forum showcased the Philippine Information Exchange (PHIE), e-tablets and eHatid.

PHIE is a health information data coming in and out health service points are stored and accessible to authorized personnel, according to DOST Secretary Mario G. Montejo.

It serves as a unified and centralized database that stores medical information or records of every patient nationwide. …
