Welcome and introductions

Greetings from the eHealthPh team of the Institute of Philippine Culture, Ateneo De Manila University (IPC-ADMU) and Philippine Council for Health Research and Development- Department of Science and Technology (PCHRD-DOST)! Welcome to the 13th online conference on the topic “ANO ANG KALAGAYANG PANGKALUSUGAN NATIN SA KALUSUGANG PANGKALAHATAN?” or “KP sa KP”.

This is Dr. Dennis Batangan of IPC-ADMU and project director of the eHealth Ph project. I am posting this early welcome message and introduction because we were informed that some online conference participants want to join the discussions in the early part of the morning tomorrow. We also would like to post some reference materials early for all those who would want to review and react to the said materials.

September is also the anniversary month of IPC-ADMU which also coincides with the first year of the eHealth.Ph since it was reactivated in 2012. As you will note, we already hosted thirteen (13) online discussions, two (2) policy online consultations and assisted in setting up five (5) online communities. We hope you can join this online conference as well as the other eHealth.Ph activities.
