Welcome to the econf on Integrative Health Care

Greetings! The Philippine Council for Health Research and Development, Department of Science and Technology (PCHRD, DOST) in partnership with the Institute of Philippine Culture, Ateneo de Manila University (IPC, ADMU) re-launched the Philippine Electronic Health Information Village, or eHealth Philippines last 2012.

EHealth Philippines (http://www.ehealth.ph) is an internet-linked community where people can
interact with each other on specific health issues, topics and at the same time have access to the
specialty database, journal articles advisories and directory type information.

One of the activities of the eHealth PH project is the conduct of online conferences on current and
emerging health issues. Today, 25 April 2014, from 9:00 am- 5:00 pm, we will be holding an online conference on “Integrative Health Care” organized by eHealth Philippines in partnership with Sarilaya. The community forum will discuss the approaches and current initiatives using an integrative health care concept as well as issues relating to the practice of and services provided by integrative health care modalities.
